Weekday Preschool

Purpose:
To help preschoolers see themselves as a special creation of God and to help strengthen their physical and mental abilities, giving them the self-confidence to become healthy, emotionally stable, socially adjusted individuals in their world.
Goal:
To provide a planned, well-rounded program, lovingly guided by well-trained, Christian teachers in a safe, happy environment.
School Year:
September - May
Holidays are, for the most part, the same as those observed by Bibb County School System.
Hours:
9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
Children should arrive no earlier than 8:55 AM and be called for at noon. A late pickup fee of $10 will be charged for any child remaining after 12:15 PM.
Staffing and Class Size:
Each class has a teacher and an assistant teacher. Enrollment in our two-year-old classes is limited to 10 students, while threes may have 12, and fours may have 15.
Curriculum:
Each child grows at his or her own pace. We recognize and respect their differences. It is expected that within any particular class, there will be a wide range of abilities and readiness. Our curriculum is designed to provide many diverse opportunities for learning as your child develops physically, socially, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Play is children's work; it is the way they learn. We provide the tools for play with specific objectives in mind.
All supplies are furnished by the school. Parents of two-year-olds need to furnish disposable diapers until the child is toilet trained.
Registration:
Beginning in January, enrollment will open for the following school year. Applications can be obtained by calling the preschool office. We will also be glad to answer your questions about our program or schedule a visit to the school.

Tuition:
Two-day classes - $85
Three-day classes - $100
Five-day classes - $135
The first month's tuition is due on August 1, to confirm your intention to have your child attend. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee of 10% is added if payment has not been received by the 10th.
Medical Records:
Georgia law requires that we have a current Certificate of Immunization for your child on file before he or she begins school.
